What is the parking situation?
Each of our Utah ski condos offers an attached 2 car garage for secure and private parking. You will have access to one garage remote so that you can drive directly into the house from the garage. Maximum of 3 cars.
How to avoid getting towed:
Make sure that if you are parking in the driveway that any part of the car is not sticking out in the street.
Please make sure that you DO NOT park anywhere on the street, there is absolutely no street parking, even if it is just for a few minutes.
Residents and HOA staff will call a tow company immediately and have the improperly parked car promptly removed at owner or renter's expense. If your car does get towed you will need to contact the local police department. We will not be able to assist you in this matter.
