    UPDATES TO THE PROPERTY:

    Upgrades to the house are complete as of March 08.  The patio deck has been rebuilt and is much larger than the original deck.  We have a new 5 person hot tub, a BBQ, and table and chairs so that you can enjoy the outdoors.  It's nice and relaxing because the large deck faces the trees and the park.  Here is the picture!

    This vacation ski condo is approximately 8 miles away from the top ski resorts; Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton.  And only 45 mins away from Park City, Deer Valley, and the Canyons.

    Occasionally, Alta and Snowbird will get so much snow that they are forced to close down the road for several hours due to Avalanche control. This is not a problem when you are located here, on these days, we make a right out of the community and ski either Solitude or Brighton which is nearly the same distance, it's really cool.

    Being located at the base of the mountain between little and big cotton wood canyon has location proximity advantages.altaskier.jpg Make a left from the community and head to towards Alta and Snowbird. Make a right from the community and head to Solitude and Brighton. You are also close to the restaurants, super-markets, Starbucks, therapeutic massage clinic (I like "Massage Envy"), shopping, freeway and airport. If you don't want to drive, walk to the ski shuttle, it's an easy 5 min walk.

    The image to the left is my husband skiing at the Alta resort on a perfect powdery day.  He's like a kid in a candy store on these days! 


    Why our place?

    1. FREE Hi-Speed Internet Access both wireless or direct connect. Hotels typically charge $10 per day. Bring your laptop and get connected.

    2. Take the shuttle bus to the ski resort for only a few bucks. Often times there will be people in your group that want to go super early and some later. If one group takes the car, the other group has the option of taking the shuttle. The shuttle is about 1000 yards away from the house and will drop you off right at the slopes.

    3. Huge 48" Wide Screen DLP Television with DVD player is ideal for watching movies on a big TV.

    4. Ideal for professionals who need corporate housing on a temporary basis. We offer special deals during the summer if rented for 6-7 months.

    5. We do not use a property management company, we own and operate our house. Dealing directly with me means that I can offer a discount for extended stays and have last minute specials!

    Bedroom Layout and Configuration:

    This 3 bedroom Utah Ski Condo is sunny and spacious at 1600 square feet with a two-story layout. The three bedrooms are located upstairs while the living, dining, and kitchen are all downstairs. This layout works great because guests upstairs can relax in peace without being subjected to the events in the common area.  Below's picture shows your the front entryway and the stairs leading up towards the bedrooms.

    Bedroom #1 is the Master Bedroom.

    Queen-size bed with 2 inch foam pad over it. The master bedroom has a huge window for great views of the trees and the park behind the house.  It offers a lot of natual sunlight, plus it's nice to see the snow fall in the morning from bed.

    There is a big walk in closet and plenty of drawer space for your clothing and gear.  There is also a 27 inch TV with a DVD player. 

    This bedroom has it's own large private full bathroom with a seperate shower stall and it

    its own large private bathroom with shower, jacuzzi tub, and double vanity sinks. Large walk-in closet and has its own 27 inch TV with DVD player.

    Bedroom #2

    Features a large full-size bunkbed with a pull-out twin at the bottom. The full-size beds are spacious enough to sleep two adults if needed. Bedroom# 2 alone can sleep three to five people, which is ideal for the kids.

    Bedroom #3

    Features a queen-size bed with a two inch foam pad. This bedroom is ideal for a couple, there is a computer desk with chair where you can put your laptop and have a place to do your work if needed.
