3 Bedroom Nightly Rates

Nightly Rates (in US Dollars ):
Nov 15 - Dec 15                  $199/night (3 night minimum).

Dec 15 - Jan 2                    $325/night (7 night minimum).

Jan 02 - Feb 15                   $275/night (3 night minimum).

Feb 16 - Feb 26                   $325/night (5 night minimum).

Feb 26 - Mar 31                  $275/night (3 night minimum).

Apr 01 - Apr 30                   $199/night (3 night minimum).

Fees:

·         Cleaning: $160 (non refundable)

·         Security Deposit: $600 (refundable)

·         Transaction Fee: 4%

·         Salt Lake City Lodging Tax: Tax applies only to the rental rate.  Rate varies quarterly.

Payment Method:  We accept all major credit cards through Paypal.com.  Paypal.com is the credit card processor. 

Do you accept personal checks?

No we do not accept personal checks for short term rental stays.  All short term rental stays must be paid by credit card using paypal.com.  We only accept check payments on stays that are more than 3 months long.

Will you accept a bank cashier’s check or money order?

Yes, but you must Fedex overnight the payment to our office and get approval prior to doing so.  Please email info@perfectpowderhomes.com for more details.

Can I bank wire transfer the funds?

Yes you can send your funds via bank wire transfer.  Please email us for bank wire transfer details at info@perfectpowderhomes.com.
